Analyses

The Laboratory of chemistry of Natural Molecules carries out various routine analyses. These included:

• Analysis of the fatty acid profiles.
• Volatile organic compounds profiling (volatolome) on different matrices (aroma, perfume, essential oils, search for "off-flavor").
• Analysis of glucosinolates.
• Measurements of enzymatic activities.

Other analyses can also be carried out on request, but collaboration in the form of research projects will always be privileged.
