Role of arabidopsides in biotic and abiotic plant stresses

The main aim of this project is to develop and validate a method for detecting and quantifying anionic phospholipids in plant extracts using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with mass spectrometry (MS/MS). Anionic phospholipids are a family of lipids that accumulate in very low quantities in plant organisms, but have important functions, notably in cell signalling. As these phospholipids are difficult to analyze, it was essential to develop new methods for detecting and quantifying these molecules.
